Our Rainwater storage system from Rainwater Terrace has been great for 4 years or so. This year the drain tubes needed replacing. A quick look online and I easily ordered a replacement set. They arrived quickly and were very easy to install. Job done.

Poor material
Drain tubes work well but should not need replacing after 2 years. A re-think on the material used is necessary. Also they are expensive for what they are.
