• £5.99 for orders over £79, this is for all water butts

• £7.50 For orders under £79 - DPD Local next day delivery

• £4.50 For small items which include capillary mats, hosepipe adapters and security brackets.- Royal Mail second class small parcel 3-5 working days.

• £6.95 For items which include planters, drain tube sets and rainwater diverters,.- Hermes courier 3-5 working days.

• £14.95 Delivery charge for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. DPD Local 2 day delivery.

We now ship Rainwater Terrace water butts to the following countries in Europe :-

• Germany, France & Netherlands £18.00 3-5 days (per Rainwater Terrace box 15kg)

• Italy & Spain all orders £19.99 3-7 days (Per Rainwater Terrace box 15kg)

Delivery is expected to take between 2 and 5 working days from date of order (UK MAINLAND)

ALL OTHER AREAS EXPECT DELIVERY TO BE UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Shipping
