All our Rainwater Terrace water butts come with self-watering planters that can be clipped into place on the water butt.
Planting with trailing plants and summer annuals can be a great way to create a stunning flower display that can look fantastic for the whole season.
The self watering planters stop the flowers from drying out helping them stay healthy for longer. With regular dead heading little other maintenance is needed as long as there has been some rain flowing through the system.
Two 3 Tier 200 litre Rainwater Terrace water butts were connected to a down pipe and planted the systems were left to fill with rainwater.
During this time water from the storage containers was used to fill watering cans. Rainfall overnight can easily fill a 200 litre Rainwater Terrace water butt supplying fresh natural water for garden and house plants.
